About this role

Sales Manager role reporting to the CEO, with responsibility for sales management, suppliers and orders, shipments, and logistics. Working conditions are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Set sales forecasts and devise actions to reach them.
• Monitor the sales team on a daily basis.
• Continuously issue and analyse statistics.
• Plan market visits to support sales and gather competitive information.
• Suggest and monitor promotions, offers, and advertising material to support sales.
• Develop agreements with prime clients.
• Follow up on payments and take action on slow payers.
• Handle contacts with suppliers of all company brands, including correspondence and placing orders.
• Establish pricing strategy and set retail and wholesale prices, discounts, offers, and bonuses.
• Monitor stock regularly and address slow-moving articles.
• Control supplier documents such as proformas, invoices, packing lists, and Euro1 certificates.
• Organize and follow up shipments of goods.
• Coordinate with accounting and logistics for clearing goods and input/costing on the system.
• Control office operations and ensure work is done correctly and on time.
• Sign daily transactions including invoices, credit notes, stock adjustments, transfers, and client SMS.
• Control changes in computer prices and incentives.
• Issue and control weekly fuel consumption and car maintenance reports for accounting.
• Control the cash table monthly.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales.
• Languages: Arabic, English, and French.
• Computer literacy, including special programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good analysis skills.
• Good organisational skills with accurate time management.
