About this role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Data & Analytics team and strengthen our engineering team. This is a high-impact role offering the chance to take on significant responsibility and deepen your expertise in technology.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues in a timely manner
• Implement automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) to maintain code quality
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as part of the team
• Drive performance optimization and capacity planning efforts
• Apply expertise in Airflow, Python to deliver high-quality work products

Required qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software development, engineering, or a related technical role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred
• Strong proficiency in Python, Apache Spark, Airflow, Snowflake
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Legal right to work in Lebanon

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Familiarity with RTL layout support and bilingual (Arabic/English) interfaces
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Exposure to machine learning or data engineering workflows
• AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud certifications
• French language proficiency
