About this role
We are hiring a Customer Service Support professional to join a premier B2B consulting company focused on payment expansion, marketing strategies, accounting solutions, and technical support services. The role is office-based in Beirut with a 2/2 day schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line customer support in Arabic
- Respond quickly and accurately to customer issues
- Minimize errors and ensure process efficiency
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow company policies for attendance and break times
Required qualifications
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Quick learner with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Clear and well-structured verbal and written communication skills
