About this role

Support the team with digital transformation and automation of processes, including implementation of new projects. Responsible for making technical analysis, looking for IT-related solutions, and developing specific solutions based on organizational requirements.

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of Mobile Apps and working with CMS websites.
• Good knowledge of the Office 365 suite including Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Good research skills for new functionality (calendar integration, online payment methods…).
• Software testing knowledge and capabilities.
• Project management skills to draft RFPs and liaise with different suppliers.
• Good business communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
