About this role
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Research & Development team and drive our research initiatives. This is a high-impact role offering the chance to take on significant responsibility and deepen your expertise in life sciences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, and technical reports
- Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and responses to agency queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning and execution
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for major programs
- Drive regulatory strategy and manage complex submissions across multiple markets
- Apply expertise in Stability Studies, HPLC to deliver high-quality work products
Required qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in laboratory research, pharmaceutical development, clinical research, or a related life-science role
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related life-science field; Master's degree preferred
- Strong proficiency in Drug Delivery, Excipient Selection, Stability Studies, GMP
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Right to work in the UK
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience with FDA, EMA, or MHRA regulatory submissions
- Experience in autoimmune disease, immunology, or oncology therapeutic areas
- Experience in medical-device or combination-product regulatory pathways
- Experience with electronic lab notebooks (ELN) and LIMS
- PhD or advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- Arabic or French language skills (for potential MENA operations)
