About this role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Research & Development team and drive our research initiatives. This is a high-impact role offering the chance to take on significant responsibility and deepen your expertise in life sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, and technical reports
  • Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to regulatory submissions and responses to agency queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning and execution
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for major programs
  • Drive regulatory strategy and manage complex submissions across multiple markets
  • Apply expertise in Stability Studies, HPLC to deliver high-quality work products

Required qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in laboratory research, pharmaceutical development, clinical research, or a related life-science role
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related life-science field; Master's degree preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Drug Delivery, Excipient Selection, Stability Studies, GMP
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Right to work in the UK

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience with FDA, EMA, or MHRA regulatory submissions
  • Experience in autoimmune disease, immunology, or oncology therapeutic areas
  • Experience in medical-device or combination-product regulatory pathways
  • Experience with electronic lab notebooks (ELN) and LIMS
  • PhD or advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline
  • Arabic or French language skills (for potential MENA operations)
