About this role
We are looking for a seasoned professional with leadership experience to join our AI & Machine Learning team and drive technical innovation. This is a leadership role where you will shape strategy, mentor teams, and drive meaningful outcomes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, well-tested code following engineering best practices and coding standards
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
- Contribute to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback
- Lead cross-functional technical initiatives and drive engineering standards
- Drive performance optimization and capacity planning efforts
- Contribute to hiring and technical interview processes
- Apply expertise in PyTorch, Kubernetes to deliver high-quality work products
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software development, engineering, or a related technical role, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; advanced degree strongly preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, MLflow, Kubernetes
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring professionals, or managing complex projects
- Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Published technical writing or conference speaking experience
- AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud certifications
- Familiarity with RTL layout support and bilingual (Arabic/English) interfaces
- Arabic or French language skills
