About this role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with leadership experience to join our AI & Machine Learning team and drive technical innovation. This is a leadership role where you will shape strategy, mentor teams, and drive meaningful outcomes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Write clean, well-tested code following engineering best practices and coding standards
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
  • Contribute to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback
  • Lead cross-functional technical initiatives and drive engineering standards
  • Drive performance optimization and capacity planning efforts
  • Contribute to hiring and technical interview processes
  • Apply expertise in PyTorch, Kubernetes to deliver high-quality work products

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in software development, engineering, or a related technical role, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, MLflow, Kubernetes
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring professionals, or managing complex projects
  • Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
  • Published technical writing or conference speaking experience
  • AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud certifications
  • Familiarity with RTL layout support and bilingual (Arabic/English) interfaces
  • Arabic or French language skills
